Terms of Service

  1. Use of site. Content is for general information. Quotations are valid only when issued in writing by IXI Data Solutions.
  2. Services. The scope, fees, turnaround times and support hours for each engagement are set out in a separate service agreement or retainer, which prevails over these terms.
  3. Payment. Per the invoice terms: 50% down payment and 50% on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Third-party costs (domains, hosting, Google Workspace licences) are passed through at the provider’s current price and may change when the provider changes them. IXI Data Solutions is a non-VAT registered business. Prices are not subject to VAT.
  4. Client content. Clients warrant that they own or have rights to the content they provide. Ownership of the deliverables passes to the client on full payment, except for third-party licensed items.
  5. Third-party services. We are not liable for outages or price changes by providers such as Google, Microsoft or hosting companies.
  6. Limitation of liability. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 3 months.
  7. Governing law. Laws of the Republic of the Philippines; venue: the courts of Pampanga.
  8. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page.
