What we collect
The name, organization, email, phone number and message you submit through our contact or inquiry forms, plus basic website analytics (pages visited, device and browser type) collected through cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer inquiries, prepare quotations, deliver contracted services, send service-related notices, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Only with service providers who help us run our business (for example hosting, email and cloud platforms such as Google and Hostinger), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
Retention
Inquiry data is kept for up to 2 years. Client project records are kept for 5 years after the project ends, or longer where tax and accounting rules require it.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and you may file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

We use reasonable organizational, physical and technical safeguards.
