Fees are for IXI’s service. Google Workspace licences, domains and hosting are billed separately at the provider’s current rate. IXI Data Solutions is a non-VAT registered business. Prices are not subject to VAT.
Coverage hours
Business-hours, remote support. Onsite visits are available in Pampanga and Metro Manila, booked 2 business days ahead. Travel outside those areas is billed at cost.
Response targets
Within 4 business hours for urgent issues and within 1 business day for everything else, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Extra work
Up to 20% of unused hours roll over to the next month only. Extra hours are billed at the plan’s hourly rate, and we tell you before they’re used.
Retainer FAQ
Is this the same as hiring a full-time employee?
No. You get access to an outsourced team with an agreed monthly allowance of work, not a dedicated employee. That means no recruiting or managing extra in-house staff.
What if we need a big project, like a new website?
Larger projects are quoted separately. Your retainer covers the regular, recurring work after launch.
Can we start with IT only and add editorial later?
Yes. Plans are IT-only, editorial-only or combined, and you can upgrade or downgrade with 15 days’ notice. The change starts on your next billing cycle.
How much does it cost?
Site Care starts at ₱2,500/month, Standard at ₱7,500/month, and the IT & Editorial Retainer at ₱15,000/month. Licences are billed separately, and prices are not subject to VAT. Tell us what your team needs and we’ll recommend a plan.
